These days, it’s hard to find good quality work. Customer satisfaction should be a number one priority because the happiness of our customers will measure our success.
Over the last five years, I have focused on delivering superior customer satisfaction, as well as creating opportunities for the reducing costs with ideas for saving money while still ensuring quality. Because I’m flexible, I can receive, ship, and provide customer service at any given time. Because I’m familiar with technology, I can implement the newest methods and processes. I’ve consistently reduced production costs and helped in developing a lean way of life at my former company – and I’d like the chance to do the same for you.
I’m excited about your company, and I look forward to contributing to your future. I’d like the opportunity to show how you can put my experience to work for you.
Sincerely,
Nicole J. Rooney

Experience Warehouse Specialist/ Customer Service
As a warehouse specialist I performed many duties. I helped to receive and label products as they came into the warehouse. I drove a cherry picker to take them to their assigned location, as well as picking customer orders with quality and care. My time in receiving helped me learn and perfect my skills at breaking down large pallets, receiving them into the system using a program called JD Edwards, labeling the product as I double checked quantities, and placing them in their proper location.
I also had an opportunity to work on the shipping side of the warehouse. This is where I learned to pick orders using a cherry picker, quality check the orders to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as proper ways to packing the wide variety of items to ensure safe arrival to our customers. I also had an opportunity to learn how to print out the orders, backorder product, and pick the high dollar refrigerated items.
As a customer service employee I performed many tasks such as answering/ transferring telephone calls, entering orders through JD Edwards, filling faxed orders, entering licenses onto accounts, and entering important expiration date information. I worked closely with sales representatives to ensure that our company did everything possible to satisfy all customers.
