Allied Staffing Manager Central Cal

Manager responsibilities consisted of recruiting, hiring, staffing,

scheduling, client contracts, and payroll. I managed all

employees/therapist and clients for the Allied division in the Central

Cal area. Covering a vast area I was responsible for scheduling and

staffing over more than 20 employees and 50 clients. I attended job fairs

and client meetings. My responsibilities included increasing the weekly

staffing. During my first year I was able to increase the division from

$11,000 a week to about $40,000 week and adding 13 new hires in the first

year. I was responsible for employee/therapist salary, interviews,

hiring, yearly reviews, client needs, complaints, establishing new

experienced in using Bond and working with recruitment tools such as

vertical response, cold calling, emails and mail. As part of my duties I

contributed to CSU becoming JCAHO certified and passing the JCAHO audit.

I operated a full desk and was backup and support to the nursing

I was responsible for managing our employees/nurses and

clients/hospitals. I managed 80 active employees and 20 active clients.

Daily activities consist of customer service, staffing, payroll & human

resources. I am experienced in Health Works. I organized staffing

according to the clients needs and employees availability. Tracking of

past, present and future schedules of all clients. I created applications

and provided all tests to complete this process. All employees must have

appropriate licenses and certification. MSN is a JCAHO certified company

inactive, terminated, and prospect employees. I was the main contact in

the office for both employees and clients. As part of my responsiblities

I provided/processed time cards and checks. My role also included

providing assistance and back up to the Branch Manager.
