EXPERIENCE:
Wise Alloys LLC (April 08-Present)
Muscle Shoals, Al. Hot Line Supervisor, Hot Line Coordinator,
responsible for safety, scheduling and maintenance of hot line. Assures
all hourly production personnel are aware of and comply with plant and
department safety policies. Checks the rolling sequences of the soaking
pits and pushers. Create solutions for mechanical, personnel or quality
problems, which produces a continuous and steady flow of metal through the
hot rolling process. Check each operational step to assure compliance to
customer requirements. Ensure that all employees are trained to the
highest standard. Worked the Cold Mill for 8 months as a supervisor.
United States Marine Corps Reserve Unit. (Aug 2003-Present)
Attached to 3rd Force Recon Company, Mobile Al. Responsible for
supervising maintenance and packing of static line/freefall parachutes and
perform jumpmaster duties for static line and freefall training. Deployed
to Iraq in January 2004 to August 2004 in support of Operation Iraqi
Freedom. Provided convoy security, setting up sniper positions, served as
team leader for raids and long distance mobile reconnaissance missions.
Received combat action ribbon. Deployed again in support of Operation Iraqi
Freedom in February 2006 to September 2006. Served as a team leader and
planned multiple surgical raids by air and ground. Received combat action
ribbon. I am currently the platoon GySgt E-7 for the paraloft. Currently
supervising 10 marines.
Target Regional Distribution Center (Oct 2004-March 2008)
Huntsville, Al. Assets protection Technician, monitored over 200
cameras and acted as the distributions lead investigator to maximize
safeness and minimize theft and fraud. Attended multiple leadership
classes to further my career and was a leader among my peers.
United States Marine Corps Active Duty (May 1999-Aug 2003)
Attached to 2nd Force Recon, Camp Lejeune, NC. Parachute Rigger.
Responsible for the maintenance of packing of static line and freefall
parachutes. Served as the unit's static line and freefall Jumpmaster.
Trained in Israeli close quarter combat package in Operation Bright Star.
Served in the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit from September 2001 through
April 2002, during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Involved in
multiple raid missions. Received combat action ribbon.
