Oversee development of key suppliers, new testing tools, inspection tools
and methods and ISO systems to ensure products and services meet customer
and code quality standards. Qualify new continuous improvement projects
(including 5S, RIW, and 6 sigma), present to management and facilitate
projects at 4 facilities. Create testing plans for pressure testing and
hydrogen testing on ASME code products. Lead and direct the work of quality

Responsible for development of entire APQP process encompassing 7
facilities, including Mexico and Canada. Assist in collaboration of all
aspects of program launches from initial quote to first production runs.
Accomplishments:
7. Completed comprehensive common launch management process for all
facilities resulting in collaborative management and cross pollination
of APQP methodologies allowing for more flexible workforce and timelier
program launches.
8. Gained extensive knowledge in metal forming by assisting in development
of new standards for dies, roll forming, assembly and bending equipment.
9. Gained solid understanding of Mexican work culture while assisting with
Program Management for Honda and Ford air bag assemblies for our

facilities, into 2 existing facilities. Manage customer tool move processes

Prototype Project Manager, Plant Quality Manager and Production Manager
Responsible for planning total quality policies, programs, and initiatives
for Greenfield project. Management of complete launch process for all pre-
production validation runs. Management of 6 production supervisors and
production process development. Led, trained and directed the work of
quality engineers, quality liaison, inspectors, and production supervisors.
Accomplishments:
11. Complete Greenfield Jeep Wrangler chassis module program for
DaimlerChrysler. This program is an industry first for DCX having the
chassis completed by a tier one supplier (OMMC) directly on the Toledo
grounds.
12. Successfully completed implementation, training, and management of
entire quality system for new facility in Toledo. Systems include
establishing and reporting internal and external metrics, change
management, torque auditing, training and goal setting, non-conforming,
PPAP and PSO, along with all of the quality documentation.
13. Accepted and excelled in Launch Manager position, responsible for
implementing and managing production intent process for S0 builds at
Roush industries. Processes include change management, issue tracking
and resolution, vehicle build schedule tracking and assurance; build
management for proper completion of vehicle and customer communications.
S0 builds completed with zero defects and recovered costs on 90% of all
additional build requests from the customer.
14. Accepted and excelled in Production Manager position, responsible for
training 6 new team leaders for production supervision, setting
production goals, establishing supervisor training needs, assessing
individual skills and abilities, and completing production processes for
each of the new team leaders.

Responsible for the collaboration of all APQP tasks on several multi
million dollars projects for multiple customers, as well as the training
and continuous improvement of all the APQP documentation.

direct correlation of needed process documentation and more effective
