. As the engine captain of a national fire company, I have many duties;
some of them include the following:
. Training of all my crew members as well as others as needed.
. The safety of all personnel working with me, and the safety of
civilians, homes and livestock on a fire, depends on how I do my job.
. At times I am the first one on the scene and make the call to save a
home or let it burn, to call in more resources or not. The overhead
depends on what and how I make the call, if wrong I am the one held
reasonable, no one else.

. Security for the brig, armory and the paymaster.
. Most of the security work was escorting inmate to and from work areas
or to sick bay.
. As in all corrections unit's the inmate's had to be escorted every
where they went, inside the complex or outside.
. Security on gates was to insure no unauthorized personal would inter
or leave the complex.
. At times I had to escort the paymaster because of the amount of cash
they carried.
. Armory security; I had to make sure all weapons and ammo was account
for at the end of my watch.
. Training in self defense was a weekly event.
