As the Controller I am responsible for the accurate maintenance of all
accounting records for this large framing contractor. In this capacity I am
responsible for the preparation of monthly account analysis, financial
statements, cash flow projections and budgets as well as the review of all
contracts. The position also calls for the supervision of all accounting
departments including contracts administration, accounts payable, billing,
job costing; including contracts and change orders, human resources,
payroll, risk management and cash management. My position requires the
maintenance of professional relationships with banking and lending
institutions, outside CPA and customers/clientele. In my tenure I have
implemented several procedures to streamline workloads while continuing to
provide the necessary level of information.

administrative and risk management functions of this custom residential
homebuilder. This is a "hands on" position and includes supervision of
staff responsible for contracts administration, accounts payable, billing,
job costing; including contracts and change orders, human resources,
payroll, risk management, cash management, banking relationships, cash flow
analysis and income forecasting. Accomplishments include the conversion of
computer systems and implementation of a 401K and Profit Sharing Plan.

Responsible for the overall management of entertainment industry clients'
financial environment. Duties include reviewing receipts and disbursements
and the signing of checks, analysis of general ledgers, financial

preparation of budgets, fair market value statements and special reports,
as well as tax planning and the preparation of individual and corporate tax
estimates and returns. Also involved in the review and planning of the

Responsible for the preparation of quarterly 10Q and annual 10K SEC
Filings, including footnotes and schedules, as well as all related audit
work papers for this $50 million residential real estate developer. Duties
include supervising the monthly close and analysis of the general ledger,
preparation of monthly internal reports; including cash flows, projections
and budget analysis. Also responsible for the set-up and maintenance of
the fixed asset system, property taxes and the payroll function. Position
responsible for the supervision of accounting staff and reports directly to
the Controller and Treasurer. Other duties include the daily back up and
shutdown of the in-house computer system. Accomplishments include the
development of a project cash flow model used by management for
profitability analysis and negotiations of financing arrangements.
