Title: Site Safety & Health Officer
Duties: Develop site specific safety programs/plans to include emergency actions, response, evacuation,
and security plans. Interpret and apply regulatory requirements applicable to the project scope of work,
Federal and State OSHA, Local and EPA. Maintain timely and accurate injury/exposure records, such as
OSHA 300 Log, first aid treatment and jobsite injury log. Verify/ensure all company personnel and

specified. Provided workers with the applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA,)
act and regulations onsite. Ceased all activities in the area of an identified health and safety problem until
