months full-time while regular Assistant was on maternity leave, helped

calling customers to confirm event details, scheduling card game groups,
preparing weekly event packets for entire Club, taking food-to-go orders
from members, making sure other Club departments were aware of any
changes to events, returning telephone calls and emails on behalf of the
Director of Catering.
