Achievements:
Saving money for the company I worked for- On a daily basis I
would help to save money or cut costs when not needed. Such as
finding one great employee rather than two average employees.
Improving customer satisfaction- By making sure to meet all
deadlines either on time or prior to their date. Ensuring the
customers were always happy with the home or business we built
or renovated.
Shortening machine down time- With my mechanic background, when
a machine was broken down or not acting right, I would jump
right in to make an improvement if possible, even though I was
the foreman and it technically was not my job. Once again
lowering costs, rather than hiring a mechanic to fix the
machinery.
Great operating skills of most machines
