As a Customer Care Representative, I was

responsible for processing inquiries from our

members regarding their health insurance coverage.

These inquiries may consist of: policy coverage,

investigating the status of claims, verifying

coverage for procedures from health care providers,

and eligibility for coverage. All customer contact

must be recorded in their files for future

reference. A good portion of my time was involved

in research and problem solving. I had to

communicate any and all information back to the

member in a professional and courteous manner, in a

timely fashion. To keep all work related matters

Client/Patient Care Representative

Responsibilities included answering telephones,

filing patient/client charts, assisting

veterinarian, worked directly with clients to meet

their needs as well as the needs of their pets, and

patient care (including daily treatments and

husbandry). I would often take radiographs, get

References blood work from patients, and assist in surgery. I

frequently ran patient lab work and was asked to

prepare patient charts for referral. I would often

be asked to run company errands, including bank

deposits. I was also asked to participate in new

employee interviews and training.
