Responsibilities: As Founder and President, responsible for product

management, P&L, operations management, casting, directing, people

management, technology development, strategic pricing, marketing, sales,

accounting and bookkeeping.

Accomplishments

. Pioneered a complete solution for an untapped market in local news and

video production for the web and social media, creating a new market for

outsourced video production with a potential future market size of over

$100M.

. Created a sustainable, scalable operational model for outsourced video

production, reducing the raw cost of video production to less than 10%

of traditional costs.
