OBJECTIVE

To obtain employment after recently separating from the United States Army.

I would like to find a career that will allow me to utilize my experience

along with the training experience that I obtained while in the Army.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced in leadership roles and positions while maintaining a calm

demeanor with sound reasoning and decision making skills in stressful

environments and situations. Expert marksmanship, survival training, combat

lifesavers course, and hand to hand combat training.

EMPLOYMENT

10/06-3/10 Squad Leader, United States Army

Responsible for the training, development, and accountability of soldiers,

unit equipment, active combat and combat related situations. Lead a squad

of 6-10 soldiers while deployed to Iraq in 2008-2009. Drove multiple types

of vehicles in various conditions on a regular basis while deployed.

07/05-08/06 Head Cashier and Sales Representative, Big Star Grocery

Responsible for managing five cashiers and helping when overwhelmed with

customers. As well as stocking, managing inventory, and assisting assistant

manager with various tasks including but not limited to sales and

marketing.

02/04-06-05 Mason, Gordon's Masonry

Responsible for bricking houses, stone work on houses, mixing machines,

ect. Also have experience bricking fireplaces and hearths and mailboxes.

Even have experience setting foundations with cinderblock.
