qualified candidate availability in local market. Program graduates hired helped to reduce
operating expenses $830,000 while sales increased from $182,000,000 to $212,000,000.
Developed automated preventative maintenance program focusing on “key” machines
increasing reliability to 94% improvement from 60% and improved productivity to over 90%
from 71%.
Developed training program to improve performance of second shift operators. After 4 months
of training to $365,000 from $160,000 daily productivity becoming organizations top
performing shift for dollars hipped per day.
Initiated and developed international operations plant in Belgaum, India in 15 months through
collaboration with government officials. Additionally, eliminated majority of local taxes
through demonstration that 80% of manufactured products would be exported.

weeks, and ultimately improved market share 2% through implementation of Theory of
Constraints (TOC) manufacturing.
