A full time (temporary position 8-10 hrs/day. Starting inputting approximately 2,000 equipment ID’s for
maintenance purposes to distribute to mechanical and electrical technicians and returned to me for
imputing findings and information used to advise the owner (WE Energies) on how we produced and
maintained their equipment prior to turning over to them. Worked with Document & Project Control
inputting maintenance history reports and activity into INFOWORKS program as well as turnover
packages in order to turn the project over to WE Energies.
June 2005 – July 2008 Title Application/Secretary -Lighthouse Title Services, Ltd. – Racine, WI
My position also allowed me to work in the customer service area and assist wherever needed for company
functions. Multi-tasking is an important part of this position. Typist for Title Commitments/Search & Holds and
Letter Reports. This is a very small company and no longer in business.

A full time (temporary) position as Secretary/Scheduler for new construction condominium ranch and two story
homes. Duties included working with contractors and owners making sure that each stage of their custom
construction was followed closely and completion coincided with closing dates established when unit was
purchased. When the project was sold out; the position was terminated.
March 2000 – December 2003 Customer Service/Office Manager - Digital Imaging Group, Inc. –
Kenosha, WI
A full time position as Customer Service/Office Manager to the president of the company. Duties included mail
distribution, invoicing, creating purchase orders, contact with vendors re: receivables and payables, keeping
current records in order to keep inventory costs current and/or reduce expenses. Creating quotes and invoices
using Peachtree Accounting as well as compiling monthly sales and use tax reports, monthly employee and year
end taxes. Working closely with the president regarding daily production schedules and assisting where needed
in the production department print, trimming and finishing laser jet printed products and cut vinyl lettering.
August 1989 – February 2000 Co-Owner of Vital Signs in Somers, WI
Hand painted and custom vinyl lettering machine-cut and applied to various substances. Part owner with my
husband. Office manager/Secretary handling all aspects of office, purchasing, accounting and working with the
general public (walk-ins and out of the office appointments). Responsible for laying out of all graphic design
signage, cutting vinyl and finishing of products. Closed the business in 2000 due to husband’s illness.

transcribing, working in conjunction with other department heads in order to compile various export
