Message Switch. It also included operating
procedures, as well as escalation procedures and
configuration overviews for all components.

Mapping (IMI) format, as well as training materials
for a new Centralized Operations Unit for the

Computer Based Training (CBT) courses and classroom
training courses for IBM business processes and
proprietary software. The CBTs included a case
study, glossary, role descriptions, and lessons.
Classroom training included an Instructor Guide,
Student Notebook, and Lab Guide. Classroom training
was for software tools to be used worldwide. CBT
development was done in AmiPro and Tutorial Manager
using an OS/2 operating system. Classroom training
was done in Word Pro and Freelance Graphics.

Responsible for the analysis, design, writing, and
authoring of an online Help system for the
SchoolVista school administration software product.
The Help system includes in excess of 375 topics.
Worked closely with the design and programming team
to ensure good screen design, ease of use, and that
all topics were thoroughly covered in the online
Help. The product is written in C++, runs on a
network using an Oracle database, and is designed
to be used by Kindergarten through senior staff.
Development was done in Windows 95 using RoboHelp
95.
Assisted in the writing, editing, and production of
11 instructional software manuals for products
designed to run under SchoolVista. The products
include SchoolVista Mathematics and Nature of
Science.
Returned to update the online Help system for a
standalone version and an enhanced version of the
original network release.
