• Founded and developed construction management consulting firm working as
client’s agent performing owner’s representation, preconstruction, construction,
contract and program management services. Developed all internal and external
systems, as well as marketing plan focusing on the energy efficiency sector of the
existing building market in order to develop construction management
opportunities. Identified and responded to request for proposals with government
and private sector facility owners. Identified and worked to develop tax strategies
to allow private and public facility owners to maximize their opportunities and
worked to initiate legislative changes in order to enhance tax policy with regards
to energy efficiency for new and existing facilities. Applied for and achieved
Energy Star recognition for Reformation Lutheran Church, projected to be the
first church to earn the recognition in 2010.

• Shire Pharmaceutical 1200 Morris office fit out project: Work with Shire facilities
group to plan and implement the $20 million plus tenant fit out project for the
relocation of different Shire teams.
• Pines at Bordentown, Keswick Pines NJ. Develop planned 262 unit, $65 million
senior care retirement community, working closely with the CEO, guiding design
and assisting in maintaining project goals. Presenting project updates to the
Keswick Pines board as needed to keep leadership informed of project plan.
• Reformation Lutheran Church, Media, PA. Worked closely with building
committee and key stakeholders to complete project development and
construction of new additions and renovations to existing church facility.
• First Church of the Brethren, Wyomissing Pa. Worked closely with building
committee and chairpersons to develop and construct new church facility.
