include servicing existing accounts, performing account rounding whenever possible, rating and

issuing new business and processing payments. At times I am required to conduct current

analyses of customers coverage’s and compare them to proposed quotes with other companies

contracted with J.R. Prewitt; on some occasions accompanying the agency president to meetings
