and guidance to managers and personnel regarding all HR issues
including conflict resolutions. Focused on the quality and
commitment of personnel by matching personnel to the correct
position with the right skill mix, supporting the company's
business strategy and long-term goals, and providing a satisfying

job descriptions, and polices. Completed payroll.
Other duties included resource allocation (workforce data analysis)
and compliance with laws and regulations affecting employees and
the workplace and safety and health issues. Reprimanded and fired

Contract administration involved reviewing bids and types of
contracts, post award activities, modifications, and Deliverables.
Contract administration also involved preparing cost and man-hour
reports for monthly invoicing, coordinates timely submission of all
monthly task order reports and CDRL's, and works closely with an
outside accountant to meet all DCAA contract requirements.
Knowledge of multiple data collection and management skills such as
Excel and Oracle databases to track all equipment. Reports supplies
to program managers and government customers on demand. Created
acquisition policies and procedures to meet company and contract
requirements.
Other jobs include security, accounting, contract, and
administrative duties. Served as the company's Facility Security
Officer which requires maintaining the company's clearance and
personnel clearances. Provided ongoing education on security
issues. Involved in the annual reviews by the Defense Security
Officer.
Accounting administration included preparing quarterly payroll
reports and monthly tax deposits, weekly payroll tax payments,
timesheet administration, completing payroll, inputting daily
transaction, paying bills, collecting AR funds, and reconciling all
accounts using QuickBooks and ADP.
Receptionist duties included working with a multifunctional phone
system.
