As the Regional Administrator for the San Diego regional office for

AFLAC, I am responsible for customer service over the phone as well as

walk-ins and the general upkeep of the office. It has increased my

knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well as given me experience in a

professional business setting. There is a Human Resources aspect of my

position where I gather resumes for prospective employees and handle with

scheduling interviews. It is my responsibility to make sure the

proper supplies are on hand for prospective employees as well as current

employees.

Apollonia Greek Bistro

? At Apollonia it is my duty to greet and seat each guest, as I am the

first impression that each guest will have of our restaurant. I also

answer the phone, take phone orders and answer any questions that

the Hostess position, I am in charge of training that employee.

Working on the floor or in box office, learning to be respectful,

complaints. Running the projections, I am entrusted in starting the films

and running properly. For all areas time management must be a strength

one possesses. Most guests expect things to be done effectively in a

quick manor, whether it be selling tickets or concession items, or being

able to sit in a clean auditorium with plenty of time before the start of

their film.

Taught the fundamentals of volleyball as well as team building to

elementary children aged nine to eleven. The season consisted of

organized practices and games.
