Service Delivery

As an sService delivery agent I was responsible for entailed sorttininging

and fulfilling time sensitive customer deliveries. These critical

deliveries included both Delivery of US as well as international packaging.

Proficient use of tracking scanners was required to efficiently

service the customer. As routes often changed we were required to cover

new territory and work with many different people.

Pharmaceutical Delivery

Responsibilities included the scheduling and distribution of all outbound

freight. Customer orders were delivered on a timely basis while also

maintaining the delivery vehicle in a safe working order. Routes were over

the entire Metro-Detroit area as well as ranging west to Lansing-Milan,

east to Port Huron, north to Flint and Bad Axe and south to Monroe
