Simon-Johnson. Started Front Half and Thigh Debone operations from

ground up at this facility with amhjor success. Front half debone consisted

super trim filet and buterfly operations. Thigh Debone operation was "state

of the art" at this time. consisted of Gainco sizing system that tracked

individual produciton for each employee, eventually used to pay per diem.

success and one of my proudest moments in this industry.
