SUMMARY
The emphasis during my professional work experience has been on the
following areas:
. eLearning
. Instructional Led Training (ILT)
. Traditional Instructional Design
. Systems Instructional Design
PROCESS VIEW:
Provide clients with practical and timely deliverables. Products are
designed diversely and systematically, and explain why customer
satisfaction is rated high. In addition to using accepted industry
standards (ADDIE), I have also employed Bloom's Taxonomy, Maslow's
Hierarchy, Kirkpatrick and Carkhuff in my design approaches. Due diligence
on the part of the instructor on the knowledge material is crucial to the
credibility of the content.
APPROACH VIEW:
The recognition of the Adult Learner as an individual with unique learning
style identifies the right strategy for the implementation of the training
venue. Demonstrating respect for the learner and their needs from the very
beginning of a course inception consistently produces great training.
Executing the presentation dynamically and accurately keeps them
interested. A thoughtful review and feedback analysis process is returned
to the instructional design process, creating an environment of constant
improvement.
