. Implemented audit techniques for monitoring employees access to
medical records. Weakness was discovered before becoming a significant
problem.
. Developed an audit program for auditing the Wound Center. Coding
errors were discovered. Once corrected, cash was increased by $110K.
. Developed audit program for Pharmacy when converting to a new computer
system. Discovered many issues which would have resulted in much lost
revenue.
. Coordinated the audit of employee health claims, saving the hospital

Served as manager for all operations of this free standing Cancer Center
