January 2009-Present Tidewater Community College
Administration of Justice Major
I am currently attending classes at Tidewater
Community College and working towards my associated
degree in Administration of Justice. I currently
have a 3.8 GPA and I am taking my last class this
semester.
Virginia Beach Police Department Internship
I worked hand in hand with the Virginia Beach
Department to learn techniques, work order, and
overall policy and procedures for 80 hours. I was
asked to fill out an application with the Police
Department at the end of my internship.

I have been a Shopping center supervisor for the
last 9 months where I was responsible for the
hiring and firing of workers, write ups,
counseling's, trainings, scheduling, vehicle
maintenance, and special events.
I am currently a patrol supervisor and have 32
housing complexes to monitor and make arrests as
needed. My daily route spreads from Chesapeake to
Williamsburg Virginia.

I was a site supervisor for Anthem Blue Cross and
Blue Shield, Janaf Shopping Center, and Lipton Tea.
I was also a flex officer and moved to several
locations about 30 to perform security functions. I
worked at high level corporate offices and had a
lot of interaction with property management. I also
received my Transportation Workers Identification
Credentials and was granted access to international
ships in charge of vessel security.

I received combatives training, as well as
trainings in firearms, orienteering, basic medical
care and mediation. I was given an honorable
discharge after an injury that has now fully
healed.

In my NJROTC program I was given the opportunity to
participate in many volunteer acts. I participated
in many Adopt-A-Highway clean ups of Mill Dam Road,
helped the staff and runners of the Rock-and-Roll
Marathons, as well as placed many flags at the
local cemeteries for the VFW.
