. Partner with the training department to conduct an extensive three-day

safety training program for all employees. Carefully walk employees

through all known hazards while operating in-theater. As new hazards

are identified by the military, personnel are given knowledge of these

issues by hands-on training, e-mail or other appropriate media that

. Serve as a key member of the Safety Board to constantly monitor the

safety program, make recommendations regarding the safety programs and

policies. Perform an in-depth review of all accidents to determine

root cause, issue recommendations including punishment or reprimand

for violation of a rule or policy.

. Proactively created a program to determine overall employee

satisfaction Utilized a survey that covered employment and pre-

employment areas to understand any issues that could potentially

readiness reports (adequate staffing levels on site) and summary

reports to finance for issuance of a lump sum travel benefit

reimbursement.

. Coordinate all payroll activities. Account for timesheets for all in-

theater employees for DOD compliance. Enter information into the

payroll gateway, reconcile the imputed information against timesheets

and forward to the home office for processing. Review the payroll

report from the home office for any possible errors or omissions.
