Led the development of 6 web-based Staffing, HRMS, and CRM

related software products, including Applicant Tracking,

HRIS, CRM and Resume Importation, Employment Verification

and Job Board applications. Managed local and offshore

development teams using Agile SDLC and PMBOK PMLC to

complete product development on time and under budget.

ESQ is the OEM for HP SST Solutions. In collaboration with

HP, led software and services integration projects for

proof-of-concept, test and production deployments,

including; scope, analysis, SOW, customization,

installation, training and on-going support for over a

dozen HP customers, including VISA Columbia (Credibanco),

Chase, Toronto Dominion Bank, Desjardins, Safeway, The Home

Depot and other banking/retail customers. The SST Solutions

provided previously invisible insight into transaction and

device state management. Projects were all performed on-

time and within budget. Projects enabled key business

leaders to view transaction KPI for various LOBs that were

previously invisible, enabling better Business Intelligence

and adjustment to best practices.

Worked directly with HP product managers, sales, services,

and executives to create market positioning, pricing,

marketing communications, product demos, SOW templates, DB

sizing and installation estimate spreadsheets, and related

collateral materials required for launch the SST Solution

products. Utilized Salesforce.com CRM to manage sales

workflow. Sold over $2MM in software & services while

products were in HP's Beta and Controlled Release phases.

As of May 2009, products were not in HP General Release

phase.

Hired to expand corporate technology into new markets.

After 2 months, was put in charge of Pre-employ's software

portfolio of products. Led the complete development

lifecycle and successful launch of Past-employ.com. Managed

multiple internal and offshore software development

projects using MS Project, VB .Net and MS SQL Server,

including the redesign of www.mybackgroundcheck.com and pre-

recruit software. Deployed MS Dynamics CRM.

Led the development and deployment of web and windows based

Hewlett Packard - 2-Tier Distribution Channel Management

System

Developed Project Charter, including preliminary scope,

analysis, requirements definition, project plans, and high-

level design of a new information management system for

Channel Marketing Second Tier Reseller information. The

project was completed using Ernst & Young's Navigator

methodology. Led several JAD sessions of up to 20

stakeholders, SMEs, managers and users from multiple

divisions and corporate departments within HP to create a

project consensus and expectation. Findings were presented,

accepted and adopted by HP Executives.

Senior Product Manager

BioData - Screen Project

Led development effort on a proprietary software

development project that was having quality issues and

running behind schedule. The suite of high-end

biotech/pharma clinical trials applications were

revolutionary and have been responsible for assisting many

companies to develop life saving/extending drugs more

efficiently. Product was sold to MDLI.

Senior Project Leader

Banamex/Banco National de Mexico - Consultant of ESQ

Business Services

Spearheaded an operations automation product rollout and IS

performance improvement team for one of the world's largest

banks, which reduced operations staff by 50%.. Reviewed and

improved Tandem Computers based Investment Banking and

ATM/Credit Card systems, supporting over $40 billion a year

in transactions, saving an estimated $25MM annually.

Improved application performance and efficiency by reducing

system response time in half. Wrote SOPS and system

performance guidelines. Developed Backup/Restore and

Disaster Recovery Plans, Tandem Security Standards, and

Operations Automation. Consulted on IT reorganization of

1,200 employees, including the development of job

descriptions, advancement matrices, and management
