I have been with Mega Force staffing for over 8 years now. I started as a
clerical temporary associate and now the Corporate Recruiter of Mega Force

Corporate Recruiter
9-06 to Present
As a corporate recruiter my duties are to help the field mass recruit for
large company ramp up. The territory covered is the great state of North
Carolina in which we have a total of 21 branches. Travelling is a major
part of my duties since we need to build relationships with the communities
we work with. Also do recruiting on a more specific basis depending on the
needs of the clients. Was able to reduce the recruiting budget by 80%, the
reason why we were able to keep my employment during the recession. My
position require me to be able to process associates from the ground up, in
a manner that will allow us send associates to work within a day. I work in
a very fast pace environment were the pressure to fill orders is grand.
On site Supervisor

As an on site supervisor my daily work was but not limited to taking the
attendance, quality control with supervisor on the temps performance,
counseling on job retention, job training, floor safety for the temps,
safety training, time cards management, payroll verification, payroll
adjustment, KPI reports, entering jobs orders in the system, recruiting,
processing of new associates, plant tour, ending assignments, customer
service, answering phones, data entry, filing, unemployment, workers
compensation, ran background search and did drug testing.
Account Manager

As an account manager the branch started me with1 account and after a year
I was managing 15 accounts that turn all their staffing needs to Mega Force
Staffing. I was voted the staffer of the year on my first year. As an
account manager the duties were but no limited to taking the attendance,

Front office receptionist, handle calls and daily traffic of applicants.
Was required to process the application into the system, would file paper
work, maintain reports on office supplies, schedule interviews for account
managers, call for reference checks and get leads for branch manager.
Clerical Associate

Worked various clerical assignment, were I was required to use Microsoft
office products, fax, copy machine, printer. Mainly did assignments in
customer service in call centers at car dealerships.
