green field expansions at industrial mineral mines and mills
throughout the US, Canada., Mexico, and Australia. Completed design,
engineering, construction, and commissioning of handling and delivery
equipment at key customers throughout the US and Canada. Responsible
for the development, safety, and management of contractors, and
consulting engineers. Supervised a staff of up to 5 engineers.

Responsible for construction of and capital expansion projects at an
industrial minerals beneficiation facility. Designed, built, and
installed process handling and delivery systems at key customers. Also
responsible for plant reliability and maintenance

Responsible for day to day operation, electrical and mechanical
maintenance, and engineering at an industrial minerals plant.

hourly workers. Made substantial improvements in flotation and
mechanical separation recoveries as well as improvements to plant
reliability and costs

was successful in making major improvements in workplace exposure to
