information; dispatched relevant information to other

Communicates daily with insurance agents per telephone

or e-mail, correcting and verifying monthly accounts,

as well as maintaining a great attitude and working in

diligence. Daily routine includes to implementing

great customer satisfaction skills in a high volume

call center while navigating multiple applications

.Many of the daily task performed includes updating

claim files, making corrections to data as directed by

claim handler, keying data and text associated with

the content of the claim file to include subrogation

and medical bill codes. Operating various types of

office machinery,to include computers, facsmile

transmitter/receivers printers, copiers, and mailing

equipment is necessary. As well as multitasking

and finishing work. Preparing and Scanning

files/documents. Ensures convenience copiers are

working properly, checking for quality via daily

inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians

of specific problems. Maintains records for management

reports and inventories of supplies needed.

Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and

mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off

points as required. Responds to and coordinates all

service calls required by customer. Respond to

customer need through Email, telephone, or in office

mailing services. May perform filing duties in

conjunction with specific customer requests.
