Responsible for 120,000 sq. ft. corrugated container facility employing 100 in a multi-shift operation with
annual sales of $10+ million.

• Changed plant mix resulting in $200,000 annual increase in profit.
• Initiated customer-oriented packaging, which was later instituted in several Union Camp plants.
• Developed new manufacturing team concept resulting in drastic productivity increases.

Responsible for 160 employees in a three-shift operation.
