Program-Project Manager and Lead Senior Analyst for Product Development

. Accountable for improved capabilities, resilience and applicability of

SunGard Web Portal and Product offerings, through the management of

multiple projects and product initiatives simultaneously.

. Initiated first ROI composition on managed projects and I delivered the

presentation at our CIO executive meetings.

. Senior program manager for the first fully integrated CMS for SunGard.

This effort involved running ten projects simultaneously with teams in

the US and UK. The solution allowed for a vast improvement in audit
