delinquent loan accounts. For more than five years my position was a Land Home
Coordinator, where I processed real estate loan documents and worked closely with title
companies balancing settlement statements, disbursed loan proceeds and audited the
signed loan package and booked the loan on the company’s loan portfolio. The first year
position was a Title Clerk where I perfected the company’s interest on manufactured
housing titles.

* In one employment position (1st. Security Finance) I was the Clerical Coordinator
for the entire company. The responsibilities that were defined in this position was to
manage five clerical people, posted the daily business transactions to General
Ledger, balance the Loan Trial Balance, and complete the monthly financial
statements for the Board of Directors. This financial institute started with a one
million dollar investment and within three years it was a four million dollar
company. Due to high loan delinquencies and fast growth, the loan portfolios were
sold to other financial institutes in the Knoxville area and the company was closed.
