As an Automated Underwriting Support Consultant helped develop MLN's first
automated underwriting system known as MLoan. Successfully passed rigorous
technical underwriting tests and underwrote thousands of loan approvals.
Researched competitors and did in the field mortgage broker research to
help shape the final MLoan product. Analyzed business rules and translated
them into decision rule sets utilizing Decision Ware interface, tested
parameters and trouble shot XML transactions. Identified quality assurance
benchmarks and wrote technical guides. Instrumental in training new team
members on practices, procedures and internal sales staff on the
versatility of our system. Utilized Test Director 8.0 and Quick Test Pro
in both manual and automated testing from unit testing to end to end
testing. Debugged code, created QTP testing scripts and completed pricing
checks. Administrated help desk software (Track-It!),
administrated/maintained Loan Origination Software (Calyx, Contour,

2003
Paid college internship with the IT Help Desk of a large gas & electric
company during senior year of college. Administrated Novell Netware to
create new users, place them in their proper access groups and maintained
their user privileges. Loaded operating systems and necessary programs on
new computers, and used Norton Ghost imaging software to back them up on as
many as 30 PCs at once. Handled incoming calls to help desk, created help
desk tickets and completed the necessary tasks to fix the problems or
relayed the proper information to the IT Dept. Installed hardware and
software when applicable and constantly troubleshot local printers, network
printers, laptops, scanners, PDAs, etc. If there was technological
equipment in the building, I was responsible for ensuring it worked. Long
term project during my time there was to help build an emergency offsite
backup control center. Lots of heavy lifting, crawling through subfloors,
running cat5 cabling and testing network connectivity.
