I am a skilled administrative assistant and manager and want to be able to use my abilities
of customer service, computer skills, and office experience with the intentions to make a stronger

I am a team leader that works well with others. I have experience in sales management as
well as an administrative assistant. My experience consisting of data entry, inventory, customer
contact, phone skills, computer skills, hiring and firing of employees, disciplinary actions,
training, promoting and marketing. I studied abroad and I am able to speak Spanish. For the
duration of my employment I have acquired managerial skills, time management, and patience.

Duties include customer service, inventory, phone communications, retail selling,
opening and closing the store and handling money.
2004-2008: ATC Sales- secretary of sales
Data entry, held sales meetings, cash handling, set goals, filed paperwork, sent and
received FedEx, interviewed potential employees, answering phones, and daily administrative
duties.
2001-2003: Manager, Mr. Formal Inc.
Managed high-end formalwear stores for weddings, proms and formal events, which also,
included invitation orders, gift and retail merchandise. Was in charge of hiring and training
managers to be placed at other locations. Customer service, net-working, and marketing for such
events were performed as well. Customer contact via the telephone, in person or scheduled
events maintained a steady flow of business. Inventory, sales in retail, scheduling, and goals for
production increase were also set.
1996-2000: 3rd Key Sales Associate, Leather Limited Inc.
Performed routine tasks of selling products to customers, clothing and accessories.
Maintained the upkeep of the store as well as promotional sales throughout the year. Computer
skills were necessary for locating products at other locations and for data entry, and inventory.
Training new hires, cash handling and nightly deposits.
1997-2001: Office clerk, Teacher Certification Department at SUNY Potsdam
During the school year job duties included filing paperwork, entering data on the
computers, mailing, phone calls with questions form students, and receiving mail. This was a
work study program for the semesters during college.
