Central Technology and Ops group supports reporting and analytics for real estate operations of all JPMorgan
Chase facilities. This project consisted of BO report design and development activities on facilities direct data
covering US-based facilities. The reporting application consisting of daily, monthly and ad-hoc reports, provides
management with trending, exception, operations and performance reports across problem categories, problem
types, facilities, cost center and SLA related information
• Created around 30 WebI reports with tables and charts using complex calculation and report level
variable
• Extensively used reporting contexts including ForEach, ForAll and In functions for handling multiple
aggregation needs
• Created rolling 13 month and 7 month trending reports along with top 20 issue category ranking with
different dimension cuts to show SLA patterns and high-volume problem categories
• Designed reports based on requested, adjusted and actual SLA durations and provided moving segment

This project was focused on data analysis, validation and reporting as part of the Banking Center P&L (BCPL)
group within EDW. JPMorgan Chase completed WAMU branch mergers in the last quarter of 2009 and numerous
baseline processing were required to validate the consolidation activities. The project was mainly around
validation of branch / cost-center level account, customer and household information across the merged entities.
As part of the yearend activities for the merged entities, extensive reporting around branch-level profitability,
account ownership, re-householding, aggregated account and balance information across various retail product
groups were performed.
• Performed cube build validation by comparing data from multiple essbase cubes against hyperion
queries
• Created hyperion reports for branch-level profitability reporting inclusive of account and balance
activity, tracking of cost center migrations, validation of high-balance aggregates etc..
• Generated ranking reports for branches based on existing accounts, new accounts opened and high-
balance accounts and applied Y-O-Y trending across 4 years and showed region-wise performance for
pre / post merger situation
• Analyzed data aross multiple environments to validate cost center allocations and roll-up for deposits,
