I was originally hired as a seasonal employee as a Sales Associate. Due to my excellent job performance and
flexibility, I was offered a permanent position with the company in January 2010. I inquired about other job
opportunities in the company and was immediately informed of a Sales Lead position coming available in the near
future. The Sales Lead position is a stepping stone to becoming an Assistant Manager. In February and early March I
had three different interviews for the position, including an interview with the District Manager, and was offered the
position in March. I am currently keeping my options open for an administrative position with daytime hours and
weekends off.

I started this company with my husband in 1999. I created all office procedures, forms and manuals. I developed
inventory items and descriptions. I set up the company using Quick Books software. Before I hired additional
employees, I answered the telephone, placed orders with the manufacturer, scheduled service calls and
installations, performed customer service duties, order entry duties and invoicing. I also performed all accounting
and financial responsibilities for the company as well. As the company grew I assumed the role and duties of
Office Manager.
