Managed cost and compressed schedule objectives for new engine control development programs. Led production

program teams in concurrent engineering efforts with design teams, culminating in the successful manufacturing launch

of the CF34-8C and RM12UP jet engine control systems.

• Managed and expedited production after a major product re-design, culminating in the on-schedule first flight of the

Canadian CRJ700 aircraft. Absorbed a six-month design schedule delay and still exceeded customer delivery

requirements.

• Honored with Lockheed Martin Control Systems (LMCS) Tradition of Excellence team award.

• Directed shop and test priorities based on continual interfacing with GE procurement, engineering, and master

scheduling. Managed resources and provided direction for a major upgrade to an existing delivered configuration,
