Developed and implemented two credit departments, a contract

department, an administrative department and all process flows

associated with each department; also managed the day-to-day

operation, staffing, budgeting and forecasting for each

department.

In the creation of each department, I hired and trained all

associates; developed the process flows for each department

resulting in increased efficiencies and a reduction in turn-

around time from 5 days to 24 hours. During this period the

company grew from 26 branches to 87 branches across North

America increasing business over 500%.

Created two credit departments. One processed all credit

requests up to $150,000 of which I had sole signing authority.

I developed a credit scorecard which enabled the credit

analyst to approve credit limits based on the scorecard

outcome. The second credit department processed all credit

requests above $150,000 up to $30 million. This department

collected business and personal financial data, and prepared

financial spreads. I reviewed the data and made credit limit

recommendations to the credit committee of which I was a

member.

The contract department I developed drafted all contracts and

UCCs and ensured their proper execution. All UCCs were filed

and letters were sent to prior creditors. If collateral was

needed, all necessary documents were obtained including: real

estate appraisals, surveys and phase I or II soil tests.

The administrative department I developed supported all 87

branches in matters such as address changes, name changes,

references, special promotions, training and the annual review

process.

Key contributor to the development of a $20 million custom

computer operating system for the company. I also was the

project manager for the development of a computerized work

flow system which was the backbone for the operation of the

system and enabled all 87 branches in North America to access

and view all documents housed in the corporate office.
