of Peoria IL.travel to specific sites to perform security surveys and

February 3, 2006 to Present: Case Manager, Illinois Mentor, Peoria, IL .

Duties included: providing direct casework to children and families

involved in the Foster care system, develop and coordinated service plans,

reunification services, Court Reports and assessments. Also completed

documentation in a timely manner.

August- November 3,2005 - One on One Counselor - Children's Home, Peoria IL

Duties included: providing counseling services for one individual. I was

also responsible for his morale welfare. I also provided case management

information in order to develop his care plan required to implement self

help, living skills in order for the client to return to a normal

environment.

July 7 2003 -August 2005, Security Officer, Par-A-Dice Casino, East

Duties included: overseeing the safety and the security of all guest,

employees and the assets. Oversee the safety and security of the parking

grounds, transport money as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

November 1985 - January 2002, Unit Supply Specialist, U.S. Army, Bamberg,

Germany, Duties included : receiving, inspecting, inventory control

loading, separating, storing, Issuing, delivering and turning in supplies

and equipment necessary to sustain a multiple launch rocket

system(MLRS)battery. I also operated unit level computer systems as well

as maintained automated supply systems for the accounting of all battery

property valued at over 26million dollars, including but not limited to its

spare parts, operation supplies and petroleum products. Also I was

responsible for the training, morale and welfare of 6 soldiers directly

under my command.

January 1984 - November 1985 - Guardianship Specialist, IL - Guardianship

and Advocacy Commission, Peoria, IL. Duties included: Prepared and

conducted guardianship investigations to determine both the need for

guardianship and the moral and welfare of current wards of the state of

Illinois. Also made quarterly visits to facilities where ward of the state

resided to insure they were not in violation of Illinois Department of

Public Housing regulations. I also provided counseling services for

individual wards. I also made annual reports to the courts and other

interested parties., regarding personal property issues, assets, estates,

and laws pertaining to the wards of the State of Illinois.

November 1982-April 1983 - Worker's Compensation Specialist, Illinois

Department of Transportation, Duties included: investigating job related

injuries and diseases. I also provided information and assistance to the

IDOT for resolving workman's compensation claims.

October 1978 - November 1982 - Records Discrepancy Clerk, Caterpillar

Tractor Company Distribution Center, Morton, IL. Duties included: Solved

grievance resulting from transactions posted to master inventory stock

records. I also interpreted the transactions for other sections within the

Morton parts department. I also inspected and verified the integrity of

all parts in the Morton facility as well as determine the proper conditions

for the storage of said parts.
