1995: worked in London as Legal Advisor for Texaco U.K. LTD., on
variety of natural gas projects in EU areas involving capital costs
of 300,000,000.
1996-1998: worked in Perth, Australia as General Counsel for Texaco
Australia Pty. Ltd, on the Gorgon LNG project.
1999-2000: represented Texaco Inc. in a USD 1.5 billion dollar
Malampaya farm-in/purchase from Shell.
2002: conducted due diligence in South Korea for potential $1.9B
Hyundai petrochemical plant purchase.
2004: conducted due diligence and negotiated USD 300,000,000
purchase of BP petrochemical plant.
2007: conducted due diligence and negotiated USD 700,000,000
purchase of Huntsman petrochemical facilities.

International Energy Law
