. Initially as Manager for Capital Projects oversaw planning and
construction of $130 Million South Campus including 218,000 SF Center
for Biotechnology & Interdisciplinary Studies, a 510 vehicle parking
structure, an underground electrical substation, a chiller plant, new
community and campus streetscape, landscape and infrastructure. Lead
team on environmental impact studies and approvals of all site plans.
Projects meet LEED certification.
. Appointed operations manager to start up new science center, relocate
240 researchers including $8 million in furniture and equipment, core
labs and $5 million NMR center. Achieved 100% participation in
biomedical hazards training and developed new campus wide chemicals
and lab procurement plan with Purchasing.
. Appointed by institute's President as Assistant Vice President for
Capital Projects with total responsibility to complete EMPAC, the $210
million 218,000 SF Experimental Media and Performing Arts Center.
Oversaw Special Projects Group on managing construction and full fit
up of this state of the art performance and research facility. Opened
facility on schedule October 2008. Project has received 2009 AIA NYS
Design Excellence Award and achieved LEED certification.
. Contiguously planned and developed new Research Quad landscaping
project awarded 2008 Best Project American Society of Landscape
Architects NY .Instrumental in developing plans for separation of
pedestrian and vehicular pathways, gated access systems and security
access for all new facilities.

. Initially, recommended to take over IA's failing contract employee
services account at MetLife facilities department; I saved account by
promoting better customer service in handling the thousand moves /
adds / changes and projects totaling more than $5 million. Salvaged
the $2 million account, initiated new procedures, implemented Archibus
CAFM system, and promoted an additional $1 Million in IA fees.
. Developed and completed construction of two new E Commerce offices at
NY and NJ headquarters totaling more $10 million.
. Promoted to Director of Workplace Management to initiate new
strategies for existing facilities accounts and promote development of

. Managed staff in the implementation and administration of several
design accounts for established clients. Directly reported to
partners, documented financial status of overdue accounts, recovered

Bankers Trust by rebuilding design team and promoting better morale

. Based on our performance, partners awarded our team largest

. Supervised projects at Cablevision CT including flagship retail site
and head ends.
. Recommended to provide feasibility plan for Fleet Bank, consolidating
their operations departments with merger of NatWest Bank. Implemented
closure strategy of all tri-state check processing centers into
existing Fleet operations in New England, a major cost savings.

. Recommended to lead this bank's efforts to consolidate call centers
and operations group and establish new banking entity in Scranton PA.
Guided this $70 million project from site selection through planning,
programming, community approvals, construction and start-up.
. Within 9 months programmed and relocated 2000 positions to a 152,000
SF temporary facility in renovated landmark structure, initiating a
multi-million operations cost savings earlier than anticipated.
. Contiguously, lead the design/construction teams in developing a fast
track plan to construct a 300,000 SF permanent facility at Montage
Mountain in less than 14 months. Building was designed to provide full
redundancy on power, IT, phone and space allocations. Project was
completed on schedule with several million in cost savings ready for
occupancy by August 1995.
. Developed a 22,000 SF disaster recovery site for in Wilkes Barre, PA
in 1995.
. Developed first banking branch office for NatWest Services Inc. in
1995.
. Relocated Credit Card Division into new 25,000 SF facility in
Wilmington DE in 1995.
. Through my efforts, mitigated 100,000 SF of executive changes in early
1995, avoiding the anticipated $550 thousand in delay costs.

million SF of this financial firm's physical assets nationwide and in

$50 million (1986 dollars).
