Hired on a temporary basis to resurrect a 1000+ person factory in Shenzhen
China that was on strike. Resumed production within 1 week and
subsequently purged agitators.

Led 5 international manufacturing plants and 7 NPI sites building RF and
microwave products for the telecommunications industry.
Launched Lean Manufacturing program at factories in Costa Rica,
Philippines, and China. Trained employees in lean techniques and led

headcount by 30%, manufacturing cycle time by 70%, and floor space by 30%.
