Toledo's largest non-union manufacturer in the third-largest unionized
area (per capita) in the country, with successively larger margins of
company victory in each vote, ultimately resulting in no further

annually, and improved hourly retention rates by 50% over a seven-year
period, through improved recruitment techniques.
