Tenneco Automotive Inc. (1994- Present)

Tenneco is a leading Global manufacturer of exhaust and ride control

products, supplying the automotive industry with revenues in excess of $4

billion. The Ligonier facility is a Tier 1 supplier employing 400 people

in a non-union environment supplying Ford, Chrysler, and General Motors.

Human Resource Supervisor / Manager (2008-Present)

. Participate in decision-making process from a human resource

perspective, responsible for the effective utilization of employee

resources, interprets Corporate and Plant human resource policy, and

recommends changes in existing policy to meet business goals and

objectives.

. Maintain a positive employee relations environment by assisting the

local management team in keeping open the lines of communication

. Employee Communications including: monthly plant wide communications

meetings, aid in benefit administration and problem solving, and

assist in implementing annual employee recognition programs

. Maintain headcount by partnering with production to ensure the proper

number of Hourly and Salary is maintained.

. Ensure state and federal laws are upheld and prepare reports for legal

department to support EEOC and anti-discrimination adherence company-

Human Resource Supervisor (2005-2008)

. Recruiting qualified candidates for positions using various

sources (i.e. online tools, newspaper, outside recruiting sources,

job fairs, etc.), and handle all terminations for both Salaried and

Hourly positions.

. Facilitate the hiring of qualified individuals utilizing

certification in behavioral based interviewing process known as

Selecting for Success.

. Maintain performance evaluation process and succession

planning.
