This position is a temporary assignment as Administrative Manager to the

Philadelphia Branch Inside and Outsides sales team.

Provide direct support to Regional Manager.

Enter sales orders in company system (Rubicon).

Process and maintain all return merchandise authorizations.

Responsible for all office supply orders.

Responsible for the daily distribution of inter-office mail, UPS shipping

and US mail sorting to employees.

Receive and maintain weekly, bi-weekly and monthly branch reports.
