TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This letter is sent to recommend Sandra Michelle Harris for any position

for which she is qualified. Michelle was a student in the Medical

Radiologic Technology program at Jones County Junior College. In May 2010,

Michelle earned an Associate in Applied Science degree. Michelle also

continued her education in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and earned a 40 hour

certification in mammography from the Mammographers Radiological Society.

Michelle worked four evenings a week while attending school as a full-time

student. Michelle is a very conscientious student as evidenced by her 4.0

GPA. Michelle was also a member of the Nontraditional Student Association

at Jones County Junior College. Due to her participation and exceptional

academic standing, Michelle received a Nontraditional Student Association

scholarship.

Other outstanding accomplishments that are noteworthy to mention include

Michelle's being one of six students selected by the Mississippi Society of

Radiologic Technologists (MSRT) to present a professional research paper at

the MSRT annual conference in October 2009. Michelle is an active learner

who loves research. Her intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic

support my recommendation. Michelle also scored 97 on her registry

examination with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. This

exceptionally high score alone shows her mastery and expertise in

radiographic technology. Intellect, maturity, a strong work ethic, and the

desire to pursue advanced study are traits that Michelle possesses. These

traits are traits of leaders and peak performers.

If you are seeking a mature, conscientious, intelligent, loyal employee, I

would hope that you seriously consider Michelle's application. Michelle

wants to work and she will work if given the opportunity! I feel she would

To Whom it may concern

RE: Reference for Michelle Harris

I have known Michelle Harris for approximately two and one half years. Our

relationship has been that of instructor-student and now as a graduate of

our radiography program.

Personally, I see Michelle as a very strong willed and determined

individual. She is outspoken, open, and willingly offers and defends her

position on any issue.

Academically, I would classify Michelle as an above average student.

Michelle studies very hard and is thorough in her research of content

material. She has an innate ability to learn very quickly, and she

demonstrates excellent recall of information. Michelle is the type of

student who challenges an instructor and keeps them on their toes.

Michelle also earned the "2010 Academic Student of the Year Award" for our

program.

Clinically, Michelle performs appropriately for her level of education and

experience. She successfully completed all clinical competencies and

evaluations required to qualify for program completion and graduation.

Additionally, Michelle independently completed a mammography course, which

included the required hours to qualify to sit for the mammography registry.

Michelle's characteristics are compatible with the healthcare environment.

She is clean, neat, and maintains a professional appearance. She is

capable of properly communicating with patients in the imaging environment.

Michelle is a mature person, who is determined to be successful in medical

imaging, specifically mammography.

Should you need further information, please do not hesitate in contacting

me.
