all complaints as well as any add on sales, or updates.
* I renewed many contracts and was responsible for saving several of our
large business that felt they had been ignored for a long time after
Sonitrol relocated to Texas.
* Maintained my monthly sales report that included all of my sales
calls, successes, as well as any need areas.
* Responsible for hitting all customer contact goals.
* I also worked with 2 different Chambers on building sales. I was on
the leadership committee, New Member Drive committee, and also became
an ambassador before I left the company.
SONIC RESTURANT: (owner/manager)
* As a part owner and manager of the restaurant I made all the decisions
in all aspects of running the business.
* I maintained staffing and payroll.
* I was in charge of overseeing the ordering of all supplies and food. I
kept restaurant up to standards to pass all inspections.
* I worked with the community to build sales and relationships for the
restaurant.
* Worked regularly from open to close to ensure everything was taken
care of and handled appropriately.
* I worked with the Loudon Chamber of Commerce to create community
awareness in regards to healthy fast food options.
