management process including job descriptions and performance reviews

results. Utilized Lean Manufacturing concepts to eliminate waste and

electrical/electronic technicians, 3 machinists and 5 equipment

operators.

. Install, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair production equipment

including AC/DC drives, PLC's, discrete relay logic, solenoids,

sensors and actuators.

. Install, Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair IT infrastructure including

Satellite Earth station equipment, Frame relay circuits and channel

banks, Routers, hubs and switches, Windows NT servers and desktops.

. Managed pre-production operations including imaging and plate making.

Put in place operator level checklists to ensure quality by monitoring

optical and chemical processes throughout the production cycle.
