Responsible for IT, grant research, and management of the Heels for HEALS
program. Perform other tasks as assigned, including medical and dental
equipment price/specs comparison and procurement.

Tutor
Developed curriculum for second graders using music and Reader's Theater in
alignment with State guidelines and in accordance with Second Step
requirements (a program designed to teach empathy-based self-management).
Two of the projects completed with the children are posted on the New
Mexico Community Faithlinks/Project SEAL website, and have been forwarded
to the State of New Mexico (a main funder of the program) as examples of
positive work promoted by Project SEAL.

Responsibilities included providing administrative support for a staff of
14 Medical Case Managers (RNs), cost accounting for quarterly reports, and
IME (Independent Medical Examination) case coordination, including
scheduling of examinations with appropriate specialists, and all related
communication with attorneys, adjusters and physicians in accordance with
Workers Compensation Administration guidelines. Completed Medical Case
Management manual in conjunction with CorCase Manager. Power Point
presentations now on Corporate website. Handled diverse tasks related to
CorCase Management. Trained incoming MCMs on reporting and other job-
related processes. Acted as computer go-to person regarding new systems,
troubleshooting, etc.

Performed a variety of tasks related to Estate Planning law in connection
with the paralegal staff such as completing deeds, warranties and
contracts. Transcribed correspondence and meeting notes, and was
responsible for filing various legal documents with appropriate court
systems. Acted as signature witness for estate planning meetings. Filled
in for receptionist as needed.

Generated daily paperwork for classrooms, created forms when necessary
(i.e., daily student reports, attendance sheets, etc.). Acted as program
tour guide for families when director absent. Created and implemented
filing system, performed research regarding state licensing and regulations
guidelines in order to compile parent, personnel, and emergency/disaster
plan handbooks. Brought all documentation, including personnel/training,
up to state standards. Created inquiry log, master form book (created most
documents included in book) regarding human resource and enrollment.

Homeless Advocacy Coalition, was responsible for daily deposits, and lead
new employee orientation sessions. Organized stacks of papers and files in
to efficient systems, assisted Children's Program Director and Family
Support Coordinator with clerical and other support as needed, filled in as
receptionist and bus driver, and worked short periods of time in the
nursery as a caregiver. Re-created many CLN documents that were not saved
on any hard drive, including the Cuidando Los Ninos Employee Manual in its
entirety.
