Subrogation Specialist

In this position I worked with our customers as well as the uninsured motorist and

Collection Company. I researched the accident and provided any documentation

that that collection vendor needed. I also applied payments to the file and kept the

insured informed regarding the return of the deductible. I would issue the

deductible to the insured when the claim was completed. I communicated via fax,

email, and phone.

In this position I worked with business customers regarding the account. I would research and post

payments. I also created spreadsheets and communicated with the customer via email, and telephone. I

would create invoices if necessary .

September 2006-December 2007 The Digital Store Peru Il

Sales Rep/Customer Service

In this position I opened and closed the location as well as conducted the banking. I assisted customer

with the cellular needs. I activated phones and did trouble shooting for the customer should there be a

problem.

April 2001-September 2006 Check Into Cash Peru Il

Manager

In this position I opened and closed the location, did all banking for the location. As part of my

management duties I interviewed, hired and trained store personnel. I issued and collected all loans as

well as the filing of paperwork. I did daily, weekly and monthly reporting. I also ordered all supplies,

attended monthly manager meetings. I was also asked to travel to do audits for other locations as well as

fly to another state to train new employees for that location.
